Kanzenshuu is THE premier Dragon Ball site! It's a very old fansite with roots that are even older, but there is no greater wealth of Dragon Ball information elsewhere. There's news, a massive translation archive, forums, an EXTREMELY detailed wiki being tempered to perfection...the list goes on. I can't possibly do them justice with just my gushing alone, so go check them out!
