Kanzenshuu is THE premier Dragon Ball site! It's a very old fansite with roots that are even older, but there is no greater wealth of Dragon Ball information elsewhere. There's news, a massive translation archive, forums, an EXTREMELY detailed wiki being tempered to DETAILED perfection...the list goes on.
